Delaware police report:

A man was charged with disorderly conduct via intoxication after he was found lying in the road near Muirwood Village Drive Sunday just after 4 a.m. The man was taken to the Delaware City Jail and held until sober.

A resident of Tipperary Loop told police a bullet was shot through his window Sunday afternoon. Police have a suspect but have not made an arrest. An investigation is ongoing.

A woman punched her mother in the face at their home on Maple Drive Saturday afternoon. Police began an investigation but the mother declined to press charges.

A 15-year-old boy ran away from his West Central Avenue home Friday afternoon. The boy was later located and police charged him with being an unruly juvenile.

Powell police report:

Geese caused a traffic collision Friday afternoon in the area of Sawmill Parkway at Market Street. Police report a vehicle traveling north stopped in the road for geese and was struck from behind by another vehicle that was unable to stop in time. The first driver said she was nearly pushed into the vehicle in front of her but that car pulled forward to avoid a collision.
