Delaware police report:

Paint was dumped on the front porch of a home on Eastwood Avenue sometime before Tuesday morning. Police took a report from the 77-year-old resident and are investigating. No arrests have been made.

A 13-year-old girl ran away from her Henry Street home Tuesday evening. Police report the teen was located and returned home later in the evening. The girl faces an unruly juvenile charge in Delaware County Juvenile Court.
