Delaware police report:

A 19-year-old was cited for having an open container Saturday around 2 a.m. in the area of Spring Street. Police report he smelled like alcohol, had slurred speech and bloodshot glassy eyes. He was served with a summons to appear in court for underage consumption of alcohol and released to a sober party.

A man was arrested for domestic violence after an incident at a bar on Lake Street Tuesday around 12:30 a.m. A woman called police to report she was at the bar when her ex-boyfriend, who is the fathered of her children, came in and began to argue with her. The woman said the argument moved outside the establishment and her ex punched her in the face several times. Officers reported several cuts to the woman’s face as well as swelling. Although she initially refused treatment, she later asked officers to drive her to Grady Memorial Hospital. Police contacted her ex, who denied the incident. After an investigation, officers arrested him and charged him with domestic violence.

A debit card was stolen and used to make several withdrawals at local ATMs over the weekend. A Bruce Road man told police the known loss was $408.

A bike was stolen from outside the Delaware County District Library Monday afternoon. The owner told police it was worth $65. Police have no suspects.
