Fresh coat of paint for Lewis Center barn

Scott Hagan, also known as The Barn Artist, paints a barn belonging to Bob and Sue Postle on Bale Kenyon Road in Lewis Center Wednesday morning. Sue Postle said the barn was originally painted by Hagan in 1999 to commemorate Ohio’s then-upcoming bicentennial but, after more than 15 years, the barn needed a touch-up. Hagan spent Tuesday and Wednesday applying new coats of white paint and repainting the lettering and the red Ohio. Hagan finished the barn Wednesday afternoon.
