An Olentangy Liberty High School student has been awarded an Ohio Problem-Solving Scholarship.

Jayant Thankappan is the winner of the $1,000 scholarship

The Cincinnati-based Law Offices of Robert A. Klingler Co., LPA, recently announced the winner of its first Ohio Problem-Solving Scholarship. Ohio high school and college students were encouraged to apply for this $1,000 scholarship if they had plans to pursue higher education in 2016.

“I am very grateful for being considered and chosen for this scholarship,” Thankappan said. “My goal is to go into medicine and research involving the human brain and body and this scholarship will financially help me reach these academic heights.”
