Delaware police report:

A woman was creating a disturbance by screaming and cursing in the area of Lincoln Court. Police spoke to the woman and advised her to cease the disorderly behavior. Officers were then called a short time later to deal with her again. This time, police said she would be cited for disorderly conduct and asked that she refrain from that behavior. The woman screamed and cursed at officers, and she was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

A suspicious person was spotted in a vehicle at SourcePoint at 2:43 a.m. Police investigated and found the occupant was in possession of marijuana and was subsequently arrested and charged with possession.

Items worth $250 were reported stolen from V&P Hydraulics on Pittsburgh Drive Tuesday morning. Police have suspects.

Several cellphones were stolen from Wal-Mart Tuesday morning. Employees told police the phones are worth $500.
