Delaware police report:

Officers investigated an unpaid bill at Hamburger Inn Saturday at about 3 a.m. However, while there, officers made contact with two men who were under the influence of alcohol and were under the age of 18. The men were taken into custody and taken to the city jail and held until sober. They were summoned to Delaware Municipal Court for underage drinking.

A 19-year-old Ohio Wesleyan University student was shoved during an attempted mugging Saturday night in the first block of South Sandusky Street. The man told police two men shoved him and demanded his wallet but he ran and reported them to OWU public safety, who then called police.

A man was stumbling in the first block of South Sandusky Street Sunday after 1 a.m. Police said the man was intoxicated and could not maintain his balance or clearly communicate. He was taken into custody and officers took him to a residence in the city but no one answered; so he was taken to the city jail and held until sober. He was issued a citation for disorderly conduct while intoxicated.
