Delaware police report:

A family living on West Harrison Street reported someone they know came to their home and attempted to fight one of them Monday night. They said the man also had a gun and threatened to kill them if they called police. Police arrived a few moments later but the man had left. A warrant was issued for his arrest and an investigation is ongoing.

Roofing shingles were stolen from a home on Hearthstone Drive Monday overnight Sunday, the resident reported. The owner said the shingles were in the driveway when they were stolen. Police have no suspects.
