Delaware police report:

Two toddlers were wandering around outside Friday morning at an apartment complex on Middlesex Lane. Police arrived and made contact with their babysitter, who said they had fallen asleep and one of the toddlers must have unlocked the door and got out. Parents were notified and the toddlers were returned home unharmed. The case was sent to Delaware County Job and Family Services for follow-up.

A registration sticker was reported stolen off of a vehicle Saturday afternoon. A 41-year-old woman told police she was contacted by Blendon Township police when a car with her registration was pulled over in Franklin County earlier that day.

A purse was stolen from a patio table in the first block of West Winter Street. The purse, valued at $35, contained several valuable items, including sets of keys and credit cards.
