Delaware police report:

An 18-year-old reported that her engagement and wedding ring were stolen Thursday night in the area of West Central Avenue. The rings were worth about $10,000.

A man was spotted stumbling in the middle of the road in the area of South Henry Street and East Harrison Street. Police located the 29-year-old and found he was drinking and using drugs. He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Eight vehicles were damaged Thursday afternoon while they were parked at a parking lot on Chelsea Street. Police said it appeared that someone shot the vehicles with BBs the previous night. Police have no suspects.
