Local officer lends a hand during charity event


Delaware Police Officer Adrian Foust pushed a man in a wheelchair up a hill last Saturday during the local “Walk to End Alzheimer’s” event. Witnesses said Foust dropped what he was doing during the event and pushed the man about 60 yards up the hill.
