Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates has announced that NorthGate Realty in Columbus has joined the Coldwell Banker Commercial franchise system and will now operate as Coldwell Banker Commercial NGR.

Patrick J. Shivley Sr., managing partner, will continue to oversee the leasing, sales and property management divisions, the company said. Coldwell Banker Commercial NGR will maintain focus on the NorthGate Centre Development in southeast Delaware County.

“Expanding the Coldwell Banker Commercial network presence throughout the Midwest, specifically southern Delaware County and the greater Columbus market, adds to the continued growth of our affiliate network,” said Fred Schmidt, president and chief operating office, Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates. “Under the leadership of Patrick Shivley, NorthGate Realty has a solid track record with over 20 years of commercial real estate services in this market.”

Coldwell Banker Commercial NGR will remain at 150 E Mound St., Suite 103, Columbus, and will specialize in leasing, developing and managing retail, office and multi-family properties in tenant representation and investment sales services.

By maintaining focus on the NorthGate Centre Development, Coldwell Banker Commercial NGR will help shape the future of southern Delaware County, create a new interchange just south of the new Tanger outlet mall and create the next corridor of residential, commercial, and recreational experiences, Shivley said. “The ability to tap into the Coldwell Banker Commercial global network of affiliates will help bring worldwide recognition and marketability to this and future projects,” added Shivley.
