Delaware police report:

A woman was assaulted over a money dispute at a home on Wootring Street Sunday morning. The woman came to the police station and told officers about the assault because she wished to pursue charges. Police said the case remains open pending a man’s arrest.

Neighbors were having a dispute Sunday morning at their homes on North Washington Street. Residents told officers a neighbor entered their apartment without permission. The neighbor told police she had been allowed to go in the apartment other times without permission. Police mediated the situation and no charges were filed.

A woman was told that her ex-boyfriend threatened her Sunday afternoon at an address on Stratford Road. The woman learned through a third party that the ex had made threats; but when questioned by police, the man denied any wrongdoing. Both parties were instructed not to have contact with the other. No charges were filed.

A bike was stolen from a residence on East Central Avenue overnight Saturday. The bike was reportedly worth $100.

Loud music was being played in a parking lot on Heritage Boulevard Monday just after midnight. Officers arrived and found three people under the age of 21, drinking alcohol. The three were issued summonses for underage consumption and released to one of their mothers. The alcohol was confiscated.

Delaware County Sheriff’s Office reports:

Eighteen incident reports were taken at the county fair last week. Deputies said the offenses were primarily crimes like theft, fights or disorderly conduct due to intoxication. The office said it handled 17 incidents in 2014 and 18 incidents in 2013.
