Delaware police report:

  • A 16-year-old called police on Sept. 16 to report that she believed she bad been record in a bathroom while living in an apartment in Delaware in October of 2013. A report was taken and forwarded to detectives at the police department. An investigation is pending.
  • Officers were requested at an address on Stilson Street to investigate damage to a motor vehicle Friday afternoon. Police learned the rear of an SUV had been shattered. An investigation began and officers learned juveniles were shooting pellet guns in the area. A charge of pointing and discharging within city limits was forwarded to the Delaware County Juvenile Court against a juvenile.
  • A report was taken in the 100 block of East Lincoln Avenue Monday morning after multiple vehicles had been entered overnight. Police report items were stolen from some of the unlocked vehicles. An investigation is ongoing.
  • The owner of a home being built in the 1100 block of Balmoral Drive located damage Friday morning. The owner told police that someone must have come into the house overnight Thursday and damaged parts of the interior. There are no suspects.
