Delaware police report:

Several food items were stolen from United Dairy Farmers Tuesday just after 1:45 a.m. Police began an investigation and were able to locate the suspect nearby. The 23-year-old woman was arrested and charged with petty theft.

A man attempted to contact a woman via her Instagram account Tuesday morning. The woman contacted police and reported that she had a civil protection order against the man. However, she declined to press charges against the man.

Delaware County Sheriff’s deputies report:

A juvenile attempted to steal a motorcycle on Columbus Pike in Orange Township on Sept. 25, but was apprehended. The juvenile was then charged with motor vehicle theft and taken to the Juvenile Detention Facility.

Deputies were dispatched to a kickball game on South Three B’s & K Road in Berkshire Township on Sept. 23 after a boy got a black eye during the game. The mother of the boy called deputies and asked them to document the injury.
