Delaware police report:

A woman reported her ex-husband, against whom she had a restraining order, had been in her home without permission Thursday. The woman said she came home and found him there without permission. She said he had been trying to contact her via telephone repeatedly in the past few days. A warrant and charges against the ex-husband are pending.

Police were sent to Willis Educational Center Thursday after school to break up a fight between juveniles. Police arrived and found one of the boys who was involved in the fight. The boy said he and another boy did not like each other and had exchanged words earlier that day before fighting. Police said charges of disorderly conduct will be filed against both boys.

Police responded to a home on South Franklin Street Friday just before 1 a.m. after domestic violence was reported. Police arrived and learned there were no injuries and no one wanted to file any charges. A report was taken, but no charges were filed.
