Delaware police report:

• A woman reported Monday that a man she had a protection order against had contacted her a few days earlier in direct violation of her protection order. A warrant was issued for the man’s arrest.

• A disorderly man was reported in the area of Lake Street and East Central Avenue Monday night. Police arrived and found the man was too intoxicated to take care of himself and he continued to act disorderly. Ultimately, he was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct via intoxication and taken to the Delaware County Jail.

• A breaking and entering report was taken at Kohl’s Tuesday night after a man took several items. Police arrested a 22-year-old and charged him with burglary. The value of the stolen items was $729.98.
