Sakata delegation enjoys Hamburger Inn breakfast


A delegation from Delaware’s sister city — Sakata, Japan — enjoyed breakfast with local officials at the Hamburger Inn in downtown Delaware Monday morning. The Sakata delegation arrived for a four-day stay in Delaware last week.
