Orange Township Trustee Lisa Knapp has held onto her spot on the board of trustees, winning Tuesday against four challengers.

Unofficial results show Knapp with 2,767 votes. Votes received by challengers included Todd Dove (1,714), Rick Beer (1,269), Garrick Ducat (418) and Genevieve Hoffman (341).

Knapp has been a township resident since 1998. Before her election, she served as the township’s zoning secretary for 17 years. She has a business degree from Otterbein University.

She said she is running for re-election so she can continue to provide “checks and balances.”
