Delaware police report:

• A report was taken after a man exposed himself in the area of Park Avenue and West William Street Wednesday around 8:45 a.m. A report was taken an the matter is inactive pending more information.

Powell police report:

• Police were summoned to home Wednesday night to deal with a dispute between a 14-year-old and his parents. Police spoke to all the involved parties and decided the juvenile was no longer a threat to his parents. A report was taken to document the incident but no charges were filed.

Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies report:

• A window of one of the modular buildings at Buckeye Valley East Elementary was broken Monday. A vandalism report was taken and deputies are investigating.
