Delaware police report:

A man was banned from Burger King on South Sandusky Street Tuesday afternoon. Police went to the restaurant when he returned to Burger King later in the day — after receiving a written notice not to be at the restaurant. After he could not provide a valid reason for being there, he was issued a summons for criminal trespassing. Officers made sure he left the premises without incident.

A man vomited on a couch Tuesday just before 2 a.m. at an apartment in the first block of North Sandusky Street. The residents called police and told them that they know the man. He also damaged the door while coming into the building. A report was filed with police and the suspect was contacted by the residents. After the man agreed to repair the damage, the residents declined to press charges.

A man was harassing a resident on Belle Avenue by driving by repeatedly Tuesday afternoon. Officers found the man in his car with a woman and learned the woman has an active protection order against the man. The man was arrested and charged with violation of a protection order before being taken to the Delaware County Jail.
