Delaware County grand jury issues indictments

A Delaware County grand jury issued a number of indictments Friday.

The individuals indicted with scheduled arraignments include:

• Chante N. Durr of 9 Maple St., Delaware, on a charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. An arraignment has been set for Dec. 18 at 8:45 a.m.

• Juanita M. Hanson, of Milford Center, Ohio, on a charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, a charge of possessing drug abuse instruments and a charge of obstructing official business, both second-degree misdemeanor. An arraignment has been scheduled for Dec. 18 at 9 a.m.

• Tevaun L. Harmon, 23 of Lewis Center, on a charge of burglary, a second-degree felony; a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony; and two charges of forgery, fifth-degree felonies. An arraignment has been set for Nov. 13 at 10 a.m.

Court arraignments for the following indicted individuals have not been scheduled:

• Kiley A. Groves of Columbus, on a charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• Bruce A. Mitchell, of Detroit on two felony charges of trafficking in drugs and two felony charges of possession of drugs.

• James M. Armstrong, 33, of 302 S. Henry St., Delaware, on a charge of theft, a fourth-degree felony.

• Ashley N. Kelly,29, of Radnor, on two charges of theft, fourth-degree felonies; and a charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• Michael A. Kersting, of 163 Knight Dream St., Delaware, on a charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• Abigail W. Brown, 26, of 159 London Road, Apt. 45, Delaware, on three charges of possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies.

• Rodney A. Fuller, of Marengo, on a charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• Chad H. Parker, of Columbus, on a charge of felonious assault, a second-degree felony.

• Ah’keem L. Knaff, of Columbus, on a charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

• Robert R. Mayes, of 1435 S. Towne Lane, Delaware, on a charge of illegal conveyance of weapons, drugs or other prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility or institution, a third-degree felony; and a charge of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
