Delaware police report:

An 18-year-old man went missing just before 2:30 a.m. Wednesday from an address on Montrose Avenue. The resident said his friend had helped him move from Virginia but had left without taking any of his personal belongings. The resident told police he didn’t know where the friend had gone and was worried. The friend returned to the home a short time later and said he simply went for a walk.

A child called police Thursday morning and asked them to come to his Applegate Lane house because of an ongoing domestic disturbance involving his parents. Police arrived and found the parents arguing. While the officer was present, the man grabbed the woman and engaged in threatening behavior, the officer said. After refusing to obey commands from the officer, he was arrested and taken to the Delaware County Jail to face charges of domestic violence, menacing, obstructing official business and disorderly conduct.
