Best-selling author visits Hayes High School


Colleen Gleason, a New York Times best-selling author, spoke to a group of students in the library at Delaware Hayes High School Monday afternoon. Gleason has written more than 20 books — including “The Gardella Vampire Chronicles” — in a variety of genres, including paranormal romance, mystery and historical romance. Gleason spoke to students about her writing process and gave them advice on becoming a published writer. She was brought to Delaware by the Delaware County District Library and spoke at an event Monday night.
