Delaware police report:

• Police were summoned to a residence on Richards Circle on Nov. 23 to deal with a domestic violence situation. Police learned a 19-year-old was alleged to have physically assault his fiancée and his mother and left. The victims said they did not sustain any injuries and said the fight arose from a disagreement about childcare. The man was located walking several blocks away and charged with domestic violence, assault and underage consumption.

• A child endangering report was taken on Nov. 24 at a home on East Winter Street. A foster care worker reported an injury to infant’s leg that she was caring for. The worker said the baby had been in the care of someone else the day before. Police took a report and forwarded the information to the appropriate parties at children services.

• A traffic stop was conducted in the area of East William Street and River Street Monday night. During the traffic stop, police learned the operator was in possession of a controlled substance. The substance was confiscated and sent to the lab for review. Possession of controlled substance charges are pending.
