The City of Delaware is replacing traffic signal heads and associated wiring at the Sandusky Street-Lincoln Avenue intersection through Friday. The signal will not be functional during work activity and the intersection will be controlled by temporary stop signage and operate as an “All-Way Stop” intersection.
