The public is invited to participate in Christmas festivities at the historic George Bieber / Ron Janes Home, 2010 Stratford Rd. in Delaware, on Sunday Dec. 11 from 5:30 to 9 p.m.
The house, which was built around 1848, will be decorated for the holidays. A display of Stratford history will be available for viewing.
Made from Scratch will be catering the event and will serve a variety of hors d’oeuvres and beverages, including beer, wine and cider mulled with spiced rum. A string quartet, comprised of students from the Hayes High School Orchestra, will be performing throughout the evening. Coughlin’s Crossing is the sponsor of this fundraising event.
Tickets cost $50 per person and are limited to 75 guests. All proceeds will be given to the Delaware County Historical Society and will be used to create a special Stratford Historic Museum.
