The city of Delaware’s Planning Commission will consider tonight two separate development projects that consists a total of more than 150 single-family homes.

Bowtown Delaware LTD seeks approval of a final subdivision plat for Old Colony Estates Phase 2 that consist of 55 single-family lots on about 15 acres north of Bowtown Road and west of the Kennsington Place subdivision.

Council approved in October 2002 the engineering drawings and final subdivision plat. The developer constructed the infrastructure in Phase 1. Due to the 2008 recession, plans to build the development and the houses were halted. Ryan Homes purchased the lots in 2014 and constructed the homes for Phase 1.

But the final subdivision plat and engineering drawings for Phase 2 have expired.

In other business:

• T&R Properties seeks approval for a preliminary development plan and subdivision plat for Willowbrook West, which consists 96 single-family units on more than 15 acres, located on the west side of North Houk Road, north of Arthur Place.

• The commission will consider to vacate an alley east of Euclid Avenue between West Fountain and West Lincoln avenues. A family that resides on Euclid seeks to take ownership of the alley in order to make needed improvements.

The commission will meet at city hall, 1 S. Sandusky St., 7 p.m. in council chambers.
