Delaware police report:

• Police were dispatched to the 700 block of Fern Drive for the report of a drug overdose Friday afternoon. Police found an adult male had overdosed on heroin and transported him to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment.

• Police conducted a traffic stop on State Route 37 West near Lexington Boulevard Friday night. During the traffic stop, police did a search and found the driver, a 24-year-old, was in possession of marijuana. The man was issued a citation.

Powell police report:

• Police responded to a home on Halverston Road on a call of an intoxicated mother fighting with her family Friday. When police arrived they determined that the mother needed to be secured and she was transported to the Delaware County Jail for domestic violence charges.

Delaware County Sheriff’s deputies report:

• Deputies were called Saturday afternoon by a resident on Lake Ridge in Lewis Center. The man said he saw another man look in the back window of his apartment. Another witness also saw the man, but when deputies arrived the man was gone. It was unclear what his intentions were.
