City of Delaware offices will close at noon on Friday, Dec. 23 and remain closed on Monday, Dec. 26.

Residential refuse and recycling crews will make collections utilizing an accelerated schedule on Friday, Dec. 23. The “next day”collection schedule will apply on Tuesday and continue through Dec. 31.

For collections during that period, additional non-tagged bags of refuse placed outside of the tipcarts will be collected.

All accounts, commercial and residential, utilizing dumpsters for collections will operate on a regular collection schedule Monday through Dec. 30.

City offices will be closed on Jan. 2 for New Year’s Day. Curbside collection will be made utilizing the “next day” schedule Jan. 3 through Jan. 7.

Commercial and residential accounts utilizing dumpsters will operate on a regular collection schedule the week of Jan. 2 through Jan. 6.
