Delaware police report:

Employees at UDF reported a theft that occurred on Sunday. Employees told police a person came into the store and tried to return a phone charger but the transaction was refused. Police learned that the individual went to several other gas stations in the city and tried to return the phone charger. Police also learned that the phone charger was originally stolen from a display at UDF. Police identified the subject and charges are pending.

A window was broken at a home on Ross Street Tuesday afternoon. Police learned that a group of juveniles had thrown a rock through the window as they walked by on their way home from school. An investigation is ongoing.

A jogger was bitten by a dog in the 200 block of South Liberty Street Tuesday evening. The woman said the dog bit her arm as she jogged on the sidewalk. The woman’s arm was injured and required treatment at Grady Memorial Hospital. No charges have been filed yet and an investigation is ongoing.

A Prada purse valued at $500 was stolen from an unlocked car parked in the 500 block of Taft Court Tuesday night. Police have no suspects.
