Delaware police report:

Family members were fighting at their home in the 200 block of Hearthstone Drive Wednesday afternoon. Police learned several adult family members were arguing over several issues. A female alleged that one of her female family members had physically assaulted her but the family member claimed the opposite. No one was seriously injured and neither party wished to press charges. The family separated for the rest of the day and a report was filed to document the fight.

A man was touching himself on a mattress at Sleep Outfitters Store on Sunbury Road Monday night. An employee told police that an adult man entered the store, laid down on a mattress that was on displayed for sale and touched himself inappropriately.

A homeless man took shelter in an unoccupied house on North Franklin Street Tuesday. Officers received a criminal trespassing call and found the man had entered the home to escape the cold. Police gave him information about local warming resources and escorted him out of the house.
