Delaware police report:

• Graffiti was found spray painted on a city-owned concrete guardrail in the area of East William Street and U.S. 23 Tuesday just after midnight. A report was taken, but there are no suspects at this time.

• A 20-year-old reported his car was broken into Tuesday afternoon and said items were stolen from the vehicle while it was parked on Bruce Road. A report was taken and the investigation is inactive pending more information.

• Police were summoned to a home on Cheshire Street Tuesday to investigate a runaway juvenile. However, after an investigation police determined the juvenile’s location and charges were not filed.
