Delaware police report:

Police were summoned to a home on Lone Pine Road Wednesday afternoon after a 83-year-old woman reported that a family member had made multiple unauthorized transactions using her debit card. An investigation is ongoing.

A traffic stop was conducted in the area of Elizabeth and John streets Wednesday evening. A police dog was used to conduct a search of the vehicle and marijuana paraphernalia was found. The driver was issued a summons for court for a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police responded to a home on East Central Avenue Wednesday evening after a male living there made suicidal threats. Police were able to transport the man to Grady Memorial Hospital for a mental health evaluation without incident. No charges were filed.

A 17-year-old was arrested for possession of marijuana paraphernalia after a traffic stop on West Central Avenue Thursday just after midnight. Police pulled the vehicle over for a traffic offense and discovered the paraphernalia after conducting a search.
