Delaware police report:

An investigation was started after employees of a business in the 500 block of Sunbury Road reported Friday that someone had flooded the janitor’s closet sometime on Jan. 18. There is one suspect in the case and the matter is under investigation.

A theft report was taken at the Roy Rike soccer field on Park Avenue Saturday afternoon. A teenager reported someone stole the catalytic converter from his vehicle. The part was valued at $900. There are no suspects at this time.

A firearm was found inside the bathroom at Walmart Sunday afternoon. Police took possession of the firearm and were able to locate the rightful own. The gun was returned to the owner Sunday and a report was taken to document the incident. A report was forwarded to the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office for review.
