Challice Finicum Finch will speak at 10 a.m. Saturday at The River Church in a Barn.

She is billed as the “daughter of American Constitutional Godly Patriot Robert Lavoy Finicum.”

Finicum is the Oregon rancher who died last January after a standoff with police.
