Delaware police report:

Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of South Washington Street Thursday around 1:20 a.m. Police conducted a probable cause search and marijuana paraphernalia was found in the vehicle. The driver was cited for the violation.

Police were called to a business on U.S. 42 after an employee reported that a jacket and personal belongings were taken while he was working. The investigation remains open.

A theft report was taken in the 200 block of Park Avenue Thursday afternoon. A resident reported that someone cut off and stole the catalytic converter from a vehicle. There are no suspects at this time.

Two license plates were stolen Thursday afternoon from an address on East Towne Lane. Police report that two license plates were stolen from two vehicles. A suspect was identified and charges are pending.
