Delaware police report:

Police were contacted by a man who said he had been the victim in a road rage dispute Sunday afternoon. Police spoke to the man who said that a man had displayed a firearm and threatened him. However, after speaking to the other party, police learned the reporting man had exited his vehicle and approached the other man aggressively. The reporting man later acknowledged this to police. Police report that both men had valid permits to carry concealed weapons and told the men they were both guilty of some disorderly conduct. Both men declined to press charges and a report was taken to document the incident.

A woman living in the 200 block of South Sandusky Street contacted police Sunday morning to report that a man she knew assaulted her at her home and stole her cell phone. The matter is under investigation.

Police responded to the report of a domestic violence situation at a home in the 100 block of West Harrison Street Sunday morning. When police arrived both parties, a boyfriend and a girlfriend, claimed they were assaulted by the other. Officers discovered marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia in the common of the residence. Police told both parties they would be receiving summonses for possession of the drug and at that point the woman made suicidal statements and threatened her boyfriend in front of officers. She was taken into custody and transported to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment.
