City of Delaware police report:

A man was punched because of a debt Monday morning at a home on East Winter Street. The man came to the police station and told police he and an acquaintance were arguing about a debt and during the argument he was punched in the head. The man did not have signs of injury and declined medical attention. He also declined a police investigation and criminal charges. A report was taken but no charges were filed.

Packages were stolen from a front porch on Buehler Drive between Sunday morning and Monday afternoon. The woman said $143.44 of items were stolen and there are no suspects at this time.

A juvenile was robbed in the area of Pebble Place Drive and Boulder Drive Monday night. A 15-year-old told police he was waiting for some people he knew to pick him up and give him a ride. However, when they arrived they assaulted and took his wallet. The teen had signs of injury to his face and eye and was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital. Officers located the two suspects in a car near UDF on West William Street. The car was stopped and the two suspects were taken into custody and charged with robbery before being taken to the Delaware County Jail. The investigation continues.
