Delaware police report:

A woman called Tuesday just before 3:15 a.m. to say she had been assaulted at a residence on South Washington Street but before dispatchers could get more information the line went dead. Police responded to the home where they were greeted by a man with visible signs of assault who said he had discovered his girlfriend and another man and alleged that he had been assaulted by the other man. Police also made contact with the girlfriend who alleged that her boyfriend had assaulted her. The woman was given medical attention. Police charged the boyfriend with domestic violence and are investigating the assault between the two men.

Officers were asked to check on a 58-year-old woman living on Bartlett Street Tuesday evening. Upon investigation, police discovered the woman was deceased. Police report the death appears to be medical in nature.

A traffic stop was conducted in the area of South Sandusky Street and Olentangy Avenue Wednesday just after 2 a.m. During the stop police did a search from the vehicle and found the driver was in possession of drug paraphernalia. Police charged the driver with possession of drug paraphernalia.
