Grand jury issues March indictments

A number of individuals were indicted by a Delaware County Grand Jury Friday.

Individuals indicted included:

David M. Lair Jr., of Columbus, on a count of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; a count of theft, a fourth-degree felony and a count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.

Wendy R. Lair, of Columbus, on one count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony.

Joseph R. Hines, of Martin, Tennessee, on one count of having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony; and one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.

Madison R. VanMeter, of Westerville, on six counts of theft, five fifth-degree felonies and one first-degree misdemeanor; five counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies and one count of passing bad checks, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Paul S. Nord, of 116 Cheshire Street, Delaware, on one count of escape, a third-degree felony.

Eric J. Piper, of Powell, on four counts of assault, one fourth-degree felony and three fifth-degree felonies.

Kimber R. Swain, of Toledo, on two counts of possessing criminal tools, fifth-degree felonies; one count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony; three counts of theft, first-degree misdemeanors; one count of falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor and one count of obstructing official business, a second-degree misdemeanor.

Ericka S. J. Hayes, of Baton Rouge, LA, on two counts of possessing criminal tools, fifth-degree felonies; receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony; three counts of theft, first-degree misdemeanors and one count of falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Justin L. Hawkins, of Columbus, on eight counts of breaking and entering, fifth-degree felonies; three counts of theft, first-degree misdemeanor and eight counts of criminal damaging, second-degree misdemeanors.

Jared B. Phillips, of Columbus, on two counts of theft, one fourth-degree felony and one fifth-degree felony; a count of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony and one count of breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony.

Thomas D. Mullugeta, of Columbus, on a count of carrying concealed weapons, a fourth-degree felony.

Sherri L. McGee, of 300 Chelsea Street, Apt. 204, Delaware, on one count of identity fraud, a fourth-degree felony.

Dustin M. Neumann, of 302 Downing Road, Delaware, on two counts of theft, one fifth-degree felony; one count of receiving stolen property; a fifth-degree felony and one count of theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Alexander C. Plank, of Sunbury, on one count of kidnapping, a first-degree felony; one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony; one count of domestic violence, a third-degree felony; one count of menacing by stalking, a fourth-degree felony and one count of aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Tyler L. Gentry, of Powell, on one count of aggravated vehicular assault, a third-degree felony and two counts of operating vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first-degree misdemeanors.

David Menier, of Reynoldsburg, on one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

Nikala C. Wilson, of Indianapolis, Indiana, on five counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies; 11 counts of possessing criminal tools, fifth-degree felonies and two counts of theft, first-degree misdemeanors.

Bria N. Murry, of Indianapolis, Indiana, on five counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies; 11 counts of possessing criminal tools, fifth-degree felonies and two counts of theft, first-degree misdemeanors.

David L. Phelps, of Berlin Heights, Ohio, on one count of receiving stolen property, a fifth-degree felony; and one count of falsification, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Darvel D. Reed, of Indianapolis, Indiana, on nine counts of theft, 15 counts of identity fraud and two counts of misuse of credit cards, all fifth-degree felonies.

Dexter Williams, of Brooklyn, New York, on nine counts of theft, 15 counts of identity fraud and two counts of misuse of credit cards, all fifth-degree felonies.

Paul Sites, of Columbus, on six counts of theft, five fifth-degree felonies and one first-degree misdemeanor.

Ame J. Gaddam, of Lewis Center, on a count of possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Arraignments for these cases have not been set.
