Delaware school board swears in new president

Frances O’Flaherty was sworn in as president of the Delaware Board of Education by district Treasurer Melissa Lee at Monday’s organizational board meeting. Jayna McDaniel-Browning was also sworn in again as the board’s vice president. Matt Weller and previous president Ted Backus — who were re-elected in November — were sworn in as board members Monday.
