Delaware police report:

Police were called to a home on Birch Road Drive Wednesday just before 3 a.m. to deal with a dispute between neighbors. After an investigation, a 69-year-old was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. The man was also taken to Grady Memorial Hospital for a mental health evaluation.

Police were summoned to deal with an unruly juvenile at a home on Flax Street Tuesday. Police determined the juvenile was suffering from behavioral health issues and was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital for an evaluation.

A 26-year-old was arrested Tuesday morning after he was pulled over for a traffic offense. Police learned the man had a warrant for his arrest and tried to pass himself off as his older brother to avoid the arrest. The man was arrested for the warrant and also charged with obstructing official business, driving under a suspended license, not wearing a seat-belt and running a stop sign.
