Delaware police report:

A theft report was taken from a new home build site in the 200 block of Ensigns Lane. New doors, windows and other building materials were stolen. The total value of the stolen items amounted to more than $3,600.

Officers were dispatched to a home on McNamara Loop to deal with a domestic situation involving a firearm. One subject was transported to Mt. Carmel Hospital for a mental health evaluation.
