Delaware police report:

A vehicle was reported stolen in the area of South Liberty Street Monday morning. The owner of the vehicle, a construction company, reported it was unlocked at the time it was stolen. There are no suspects at this time, but the investigation remains ongoing.

Drug activity was reported in a parking lot in the 100 block of South Sandusky Street Monday afternoon. Police found a 16-year-old in the car in the possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia. She was charged with possession.

Police were dispatched to a home on Mechaloor Drive Monday afternoon after a father reported his daughter had left their home without permission and did not attend school that day. The juvenile was later located by Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputies and when interviewed by Delaware Police the teen became aggressive and physically combative when police attempted to calm her down. The girl was arrested and charged with being an unruly juvenile.
