Delaware County grand jury issues indictments

A Delaware County grand jury issued a number of indictments Friday.

The individuals indicted by the grand jury include:

• Linda D. Perry, 46, of 1241-F Rivercrest Drive, Delaware, on two felony counts of menacing by stalking and a charge of aggravated menacing, a fifth-degree felony.

• Alvin K. Watford, of Jacksonville, Florida, on two counts of nonsupport or contributing to nonsupport of dependents, fifth-degree felonies.

• Troy R. Hynus, of Somerset, Ohio, on two counts of nonsupport or contributing to nonsupport of dependents, fifth-degree felonies.

• Branden J. Deel, of Columbus, on two counts of nonsupport or contributing to nonsupport of dependents, fifth-degree felonies.

• Michael B. Shoemaker, of Columbus, on two counts of nonsupport or contributing to nonsupport of dependents, fifth-degree felonies.

• Jason A. Sievers, of Powell, on a charge of theft, a third-degree felony.

• Nelson E.F. Nelendez, of Middletown, Ohio, on three counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies.

• Edgar M. Martinez, of Middletown, Ohio, on three counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies.

• Jasmine N. Maxwell, of Columbus, on three felony counts of identity fraud; three counts of theft, which are fifth-degree felonies; two counts of money laundering, third-degree felonies; four counts of possessing criminal tools, fifth-degree felonies; and one charge of misuse of credit cards, a fourth-degree felony.

• Samshane L.L. Valentine, of Columbus, on two counts of identity fraud, fourth-degree felonies; three counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies; two counts of money laundering, third-degree felonies; four counts of possessing criminal tools, fifth-degree felonies; and one charge of misuse of credit cards, a fourth-degree felony.

• David J. Trago, of Westerville, on two counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies.

• Shanin K. Smith, of Columbus, on a charge of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

• Tuesday A. Toner, of Columbus, on a charge of theft and a charge of possessing criminal tools, both fifth-degree felonies.

• John B. Mammosser, of Lancaster, on two counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies.

• Brandon R.S. Souder, of Columbus, on two counts of forgery, fifth-degree felonies.

• Jeremy R. Snow, of Powell, on a charge of false voter registration, a fifth-degree felony.

• Gloria D. Rickens, of Lewis Center, on a charge of theft and a charge of forgery, fourth-degree felonies.

• Georgann Mullen-Rose, of Columbus, on six counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies.

• Matthew G. Halley, currently in the Noble Correctional Institution in Caldwell, Ohio, on four counts of breaking and entering and four counts of theft, all fifth-degree felonies.

• Warren B. Campbell, of Columbus, on two counts of breaking and entering, fifth-degree felonies; two counts of theft, also fifth-degree felonies; and a charge of receiving stolen property, a fourth-degree felony.

• Justin J.R. Cole, 29, of Worthington, on two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth-degree felonies; and a charge of resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor.

• James Ormeroid, of 291 S. Section Line Road, Delaware, on a charge of felonious assault and a charge of endangering children, second-degree felonies.

Arraignments in Delaware County Common Pleas Court have not been scheduled.
