A Worthington man has been indicted by a Delaware County grand jury in connection with his fifth OVI arrest in Delaware County.

Justin Robert Jefferson Cole, 29, of 754 Cap Lane, Worthington, was indicted Friday by the grand jury on two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, which are fourth-degree felonies; and a charge of resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor.

Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers report that Cole has four prior convictions for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

The most recent arrest took place on State Route 750 in Delaware County on Jan. 10.

An arraignment in Delaware County Common Pleas Court has not been scheduled.

Cole was arraigned in Delaware Municipal Court on Jan. 11 where he pleaded not guilty to several charges, including OVI.

Delaware Municipal Judge Marianne Hemmeter set bond for Cole at $25,000.

Cole was in the Delaware County Jail Monday afternoon, awaiting his arraignment in common pleas court.
