Delaware police report:

A man was making threats Monday afternoon at an address on Seatrain Drive. Police arrived and spoke to the man and his mother. Officers learned he had made homicidal threats after losing his job and threatened others and himself. He was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital for a behavioral health evaluation. No charges have been filed.

A 17-year-old refused to turn over her cellphone to her parents Monday night at their home on Jaguar Spur Avenue. The phone was being taken away as a form of punishment and the girl gave the phone to officers when they arrived. Officers learned there has been an ongoing dispute between the girl and her parents and police forwarded the matter to the Delaware County Juvenile Court for potential charges.

A juvenile girl tried to harm herself Monday night at her home on Bruce Road during a dispute with her family. Police came to the home to deal with the girl but, while they were investigating, the girl continued to be unruly and attempted to hurt herself in front of officers. She was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital for a mental health evaluation.
