Delaware police report:

A small fire was reported in a bathroom at Blue Limestone Park Wednesday morning. An investigation was started, but there are no suspects at this time.

A felony theft investigation was started Wednesday after a business on Pittsburgh Drive reported that tools were stolen. The tools are worth $1,500. An investigation is pending.

Police were summoned to a home on Renner Street Wednesday afternoon to deal with a domestic situation. Police spoke to a man and a woman at the residence on Renner Street and determined a domestic disturbance had occurred. However, police were unable to determine who was the primary aggressor.
