Delaware police report:

A report was taken Thursday morning at a construction on Eagle Walk Road after a theft reportedly happened overnight. A report was taken but the investigation is inactive, pending further information.

A 30-year-old woman contacted police Wednesday afternoon to report that a man she knew had touched her inappropriately the previous day. An investigation is ongoing.

A man was arrested Thursday night at a business on South Sandusky Street after he found to be intoxicated. Police report the man was too intoxicated to care for himself and was taken into custody. He was charged with disorderly conduct via intoxication.
